DENVER BOTANIC GARDENS (June 17) DENVER BOTANIC GARDENS • $30 SUNDAY, JUNE 17 • 8:30AM-4 PM Denver Botanic Gardens is recognized as one of the top botanic gardens in the western United States and is home to more than 34,000 plants belonging to over 14,000 taxa (types of plants) representing over 250 plant families. This incredible plant diversity, ranging from arid to tropical plants, is showcased in about 45 different individual gardens in just 24 acres in the middle of the city. Plant collections from over 90 countries around the world are showcased with an emphasis on high altitude climates similar to Colorado’s. You’ll be eating lunch at the gardens, so don’t forget to bring some extra money to cover the cost of your meal. The van leaves at 8:30 a.m. and returns to ANA by 4 p.m. |

GLEN EYRIE TOUR & TEA (JUNE 18) GLEN EYRIE TOUR & TEA • $45 MONDAY, JUNE 18 • 8:30 AM-1 PM From the rich heritage of General Palmer, our city’s founder, to the deep spiritual legacy of The Navigators, our guided Historical Tour will take you on a journey filled with stories of rival turnof- the century railroad wars and oil tycoons to what is now the soul-stirring property of Glen Eyrie. Our Historical Tour is approximately 90 minutes in length. It includes a brief video filled with history of General Palmer and The Navigators, and a Guided Walking Tour through the Carriage House and the first and second floors of The Glen Eyrie Castle. Our trained Tour Guides will entertain you with stories of the Palmer family, Glen Eyrie Estate, unique architecture of The Castle, surrounding landscape, and Colorado Springs history. |

Painting with a Twist (June 24) PAINTING WITH A TWIST • $42 SUNDAY, JUNE 24 • 1:30-4:30 PM Looking for a fun day out? Uncork your creative side with Painting with a Twist! Get your Twist at our Inspiration Bar, bring a snack, and relax. The best in town team of instructors guide you step by step through the selected featured painting. We provide all painting supplies and artist instruction. No art experience is needed. Simply be ready to have a Twisted good time! This will be a two-hour class. The van leaves at 1:30 p.m. and returns at 4:30 p.m. |

Historical Manitou Springs Walking Tour and Shopping (June 25) HISTORICAL MANITOU SPRINGS WALKING TOUR & SHOPPING • $30 MONDAY, JUNE 25 • 9 AM-3 PM The tour will begin at the historic Manitou Spa Building. From there, the group will walk to various sites including Penny Arcade, Cliff House Manor, original post office, and the old steam engine. We will sample mineral springs throughout our journey. The entire tour will last 1 hour and 15 minutes and will take place outside, so it is advised that people come prepared with comfortable walking shoes. You’ll be eating lunch in Manitou, so don’t forget to bring some extra money to cover the cost of your meal and for some shopping. The van leaves at 9 a.m. and returns by 3 p.m. |
